本届食餐会由商务部流通产业促进中心、湖南旅游发展投资集团有限公司（以下简称“湖南旅游集团”）共同主办，湖南会展集团有限责任公司（以下简称“湖南会展集团”）承办。展会以“促进消费 创新发展”为主题，紧密围绕“绿色、环保、安全、升级”理念，通过产品展销、对接洽谈、消费体验等形式，促进投资、贸易、消费等业态充分融合，为食品餐饮行业高质量发展搭建平台。
The 10th CIFCE will be co-hosted by the Circulation Industry Promotion Center of the Ministry of Commerce and Hunan Tourism Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HNTG”), and organized by Hunan Conference and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HCEG”). With the theme of “Promoting Consumption and Innovative Development,” the event emphasizes concepts of “green, environmentally friendly, safe-to-eat, and upgrading.” Through various initiatives such as product showcases and sales, matchmaking, and consumer experiences, it seeks to deeply integrate investment, trade, and consumption, thereby establishing a platform for the high-quality development of the food and catering industry.
